Casualties of the Habyarimana Plane Crash

The Dassault Falcon carrying the presidents of Rwanda and Burundi home from a regional summit in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, was shot down as it came in to land at Kigali Airport at about 8:26 p.m. Responsibility for the crash has never been fully investigated. In addition to the heads of state, there were ten others on board the plane: five Rwandans, two Burundians and three French crewmembers. The table below gives a bit more detail:
